Gujarati Indian Cookery with Kirna – SOLD OUT
About this class
Kirna Amin brings the authentic tastes of Western India, the Gujarat region, to the Community Kitchen, sharing the cooking techniques and flavour combinations that have evolved over centuries so you can a homestyle meal in Brighton.
You will work in pairs to prepare a typical menu of:
- Gujarati aubergine and potato curry
- Moong Lentil Dhal
- Stuffed paratha – layered and filled traditional flatbreads
- Sambhar – Gujarati coleslaw
Dietary information: This class is suitable for vegetarian and adaptable for vegan diets but this must be specified when booking. For any other allergies or dietary requirements, please contact us to discuss before booking.
