This former golf club is located on the South Downs just south of Devil’s Dyke, with incredible views of rolling hills and rare chalk grassland. The Clubhouse
A unique venue available for hire, on the outskirts of Brighton, perfect for team meetings, staff away-days, conferences, regular clubs and events.

- Projector and screen (please specify if needed)

Booking Rates
- £35 per hour standard hire, minimum booking length of 4 hours on weekdays. Weekends and regular booking lengths by negotiation.
- £40 per hour for bookings made by large organisations (turnover £1million+) or for bookings with 50+ attendees
- Reduced price of £30ph for large charities, and £25ph for small community groups.
- £5 per hour additional staffing fee applies for evening and weekend hires, please enquire in good time to ensure availability.
- Special rate available on Monday daytimes for community groups & charities – £5 per hour less than the rates quoted above
- Please get in touch if you would like to take advantage of any of our optional extras – including site tours & wellbeing activities, transport help, supply of hot drinks and/or catering, or our event manager service. All costs upon enquiry.
