Cooking and Gardening taster session for people living with Dementia
About this class
Who’s this for? Those living with mild to moderate dementia and their carers

Cooking, eating and gardening can be wonderful activities to help bring back happy memories of the past or previous knowledge. This is also a chance to find our about our gardening and cookery activities and how to get involved.
We currently run the following activities:
In this session we will join together to:
- Bake some biscuits to enjoy with a cup of tea with our Community Cookery leader Charlotte
- Do some flower arranging with our Community Garden Leader Caroline
- Participants may attend alongside a family member, friend or carer if needed
- Meet and chat to our Cookery and Gardening Activity leaders Charlotte and Caroline
When: Tuesday 2nd April, 2-4pm
The Community Kitchen is wheelchair friendly.
