A rich monthly programme of pre-bookable activity-based sessions in a warm and welcoming club environment to establish support networks and friendships for for independent older people.
A wide range of activities are available ranging from physical, sensory and cognitively stimulating activities, creative activity, growing and gardening, workshop sessions (pottery, woodwork etc), literature, guests, entertainment, meaningful and purposeful engagement, spending time with animals, and much more.

Monday & Thursday: Open 10:30-3. Morning Session £5 / Two course hot cooked lunch £7 / Afternoon Session £5.
Wednesday (Gent's Club): Open 12.15-3.00. Two course hot cooked lunch £7 / Afternoon Session £5.
Facilities:
Minibus Transport available within catchment area for £5. Tail lift option for those unable to use steps. Passenger assistant on-board.
