• Nigerian Roasted Chicken Stew – A one-pot wonder featuring succulent roast chicken in a rich tomato sauce, perfect with everything from rice to bread.
• Moin Moin –A traditional West African tart.
• Roasted Chilli Sauce – A fiery blend of scotch bonnets, red peppers, lemongrass, and more.
• Braised Greens with Peppers & Toasted Pumpkin Seeds – A deeply nourishing dish, inspired by the meals Lerato cooked for her Grandmother.
• Roasted Plantains – Sweet, caramelized plantains, a beloved Nigerian staple.
