Mystery Masterclass revealed: Steven Edwards, Etch – SOLD OUT
About this class
A very special chance to cook alongside Steven Edwards, founder of top restaurant Etch (awarded a Michelin Plate and 3 AA Rosettes) and winner of the 6th series of MasterChef: The Professionals in 2013.
After a welcome glass of fizz, you will create a two-course meal of some of Steven’s signature dishes, using the very best seasonal ingredients, and including chef’s tips on presentation – and he’ll join you with a specially matched wine as you enjoy your dishes at the end of this one-off Masterclass. The exact menu will depend on seasonal availability of ingredients, but the likely dishes are: Cured & Flamed Mackerel with Celeriac Slaw & Pickled Celery, and Salt Baked Pork Rump with Roasted Jerusalem artichokes.
Tickets for this event include:
- professional cookery tuition
- all ingredients and equipment
- a full meal at our sociable dining table
- a welcome glass of fizz and matched wines during the meal

Tickets for this event are £99 per person including all equipment, food, and accompanying wines.
Any profits raised from our cookery classes support our community cookery activities – where everyone can experience the benefits of cooking and eating together, regardless of finance, confidence or ability. Find out more about the Community Kitchen here.
Funds raised from this class will support a new cookery course for older people this spring, particularly those who are isolated and have health conditions – building on our previous ‘Old Spice’ programme for bereaved older men. Steven has generously donated his time for the class.
