Spanish Tapas with Emiliano – SOLD OUT
About this class
Make a range of classic Spanish small plates, with innovative twists, alongside former private chef to the stars, Emiliano Amore.
Learn our favourite quick & easy tapas recipes – you will want to make these tasty small plates again and again to enjoy with friends and family. Tapas have evolved throughout Spanish history, incorporating new ingredients and influences from Rome to North America, and we bring you a modern interpretation of some of the most popular tapas.
Under Emiliano’s expert guidance, you will work in pairs to prepare:
- Albondigas (Spanish spicy meatballs in smoked tomato sauce) – or vegan alternative with lentils/soy
- Patatas Bravas with Manchego and kimchi
- Olives with orange zest, garlic, almond and black pepper
- Fried aubergines with honey
- Classic Pimientos de Padron (charred peppers)
What previous participants on Emiliano’s classes said: “”Tasty food and great recipes.. Emiliano was so relaxed and reassuring.. Will definitely make the dishes again.”
