About this class
Learn the secrets to making the ultimate homemade pizza in this class with local business owner and pizza lover Dan.
You will work in pairs to learn the essential skills and tips for great home pizza making, including:
- the dough
- the sauce
- the cheese
- the toppings
- the oven/ cooking setup (Dan will bring his portable, professional ovens, which we can compare with the results from our domestic ovens at the Kitchen)
Dietary information: The menu and toppings for this class will be vegetarian – the menu includes dairy and gluten. For any allergies or dietary requirements, please contact us to discuss before booking.
