Located in the heart of Brighton, Brighthelm Community Garden is an accessible green space open to all.

The garden group work to create and maintain a sustainable, pesticide-free green space to encourage biodiversity, protect native species and offer a great experience for all those who visit.The garden also plays host to the pre-school garden, which is maintained and developed by the group of volunteers to offer an interesting and stimulating learning environment.

When:

  • Thursdays

From 10.30 am

Facilities:

Tea and coffee available to all volunteers. Toilets are in the Brighthelm building.

Most of the raised beds are wheelchair accessible.

Audience and Access:

Open to all. Volunteers will receive a full induction.
