Dried orange slices, cinnamon sticks, anise stars, cardamom seeds and metal cutters for Christmas cookies on a light backgroundYou’ll have ideas for treats galore for family and friends as well as a head start on the Christmas tea table following this seasonal workshop which will see you rustling up a veritable stocking-full of goodies which smell as good as they taste.

Learn the techniques for making marzipan, stollen and cinnamon buns in this baking workshop with experienced cookery leader Anna Schwarz.

Then choose some extras from a sweet menu that includes spiced biscuits for the tree, iced pfefferkuchen, mini Christmas cakes, yule log and cheese biscuits.

There’ll be plenty to nibble on in the Kitchen during this very hands-on workshop – as well as more to take home for the Big Day.

Tickets for this event are £55, or £50 (per person) when booking two or more tickets at once. We have a limited number of tickets available at a concession rate of £45 for those who are in receipt of a means-tested benefit, under-18’s (must be accompanied by an adult), as well as full-time students.
