About this class

The team here at the Brighton & Hove Food Partnership are currently building a Community Kitchen on Queens Road, in the ground-floor of the Community Base building, a new cookery school offering everything from masterclasses with local chefs to community cookery groups for teenagers with learning disabilities.

We are inviting local businesses in the city to get involved with the crowdfund campaign to Kit Out The Kitchen.

Businesses can help by:

• Pledging funding – all amounts are gratefully received – and will be immortalised on our Pillar of Supporters in the new kitchen space. We are keen to share news of any business supporters through social media
• Putting up a poster/ leaflets or sharing online
• Donating rewards we can use during the campaign/ at our launch event later this year
• Suggesting ideas for ongoing partnerships

If you want to find out more about the project or the crowdfunding campaign, we are holding a Business Connections event on Wednesday 21st February, 4-5.30pm upstairs at the Earth & Stars pub, where we will present our plans and take questions about the project.
