About this class
Let the original Brighton supperclub hostess, Tina Horvath, lead you through two hours of cooking with flair and flavour. Follow Tina’s lead to prepare simple, tasty dishes just perfect for mid-week meals.
Take her tips and tweaks to elevate those same dishes to top dinner party status. On this course, Tina will also reveal her techniques for preparing ahead – ideal if you dream of low-stress, casual entertaining.
Sample menu (this class will be vegetarian): little soup of pea and coconut, vegetable fritters with spiced pitta fattoush & tahini sauce, aubergine with Spanish style potatoes, and cinnamon baked plums with granola and vanilla cream.

Tickets for this event are £55 per person, or £50 (per person) when booking two or more tickets at once. We have a limited number of tickets available at a concession rate of £40 for those who are in receipt of a means-tested benefit, under-18s (must be accompanied by an adult), as well as full-time students.
