Tuesday 18th September 2018 - Tuesday 18th September 2018
6:00 pm - 9:00 pm

About this class

Come and learn new skills, experiment with techniques and ingredients – and start filling your freezer!

This batch-cooking workshop with experienced community cookery teacher and chef Anna Schwarz is about creative, easy-to-prepare foods such as soups, sausages, crumbles, sauces and stews that you can recreate at home. There will be cookery demonstrations, but the focus is on a hands-on experience.

You’ll cook and eat a three-course meal and leave with plenty of ideas for saving time and money. Suitable for beginners as well as more experienced cooks.

Find out more about Anna and the other cooks who teach in the Community Kitchen.
