About this class

Join Jethro and learn to craft the iconic Korean dish Bibimbap and gochujang bao buns. Master essential cooking techniques and discover the secrets to creating bold and flavourful dishes. 

What to expect:

  • Learn how to create and assemble each element of bibimbap.
  • Make gochujang sauce and learn to pickle vegetables for that delicious tangy flavour.
  • Finally create a gochujang bao bun, a  classic with a delicious  Korean twist.  

Dietary information: The menu for this class can be adapted to suit a vegan diet – please list this on your booking. This class involves cooking with seeds and gluten. The class is not adaptable for a Gluten Free diet. For any other allergies or dietary requirements, please contact us to discuss before booking.

About your chefchef jethro

Jethro Carr runs the pop up cookery school Kitchen Academy. He has a simple and friendly approach to exploring global cuisines and enjoys cooking with recipes that are down-to-earth and fun. He has taught in schools, universities, festivals and events nationwide. Teaching people young and old to cook, he performs cookery demonstrations, master classes, workshops, gastronomic experiments and corporate team-building events. He has run cookery schools with Hay Festival, Kew Gardens, The Olympic Park, Abergavenny Food Festival, PGL Cookery Holidays, BBC and Blenheim Palace.

Tickets for this event are £65.
