Celebrated Brighton chef Michael Bremner, of top restaurant 64 Degrees, is coming to the Community Kitchen to lead a masterclass for 12 lucky people who pledged in the crowdfund campaign earlier this year.
Michael said: “I’m really excited to be able to help the Community Kitchen by offering a masterclass as a crowdfund reward. It’s for a great cause and something I really believe can be a massive success.”
The evening includes a cookery lesson followed by a chance to sit and eat together and chat with the chef himself, accompanied by a glass or two of complimentary wine. This will be a really special occasion to celebrate the new Community Kitchen and the people who helped make it possible.
About Michael
Within a year of opening in 2013, Michael Bremner’s open-kitchen, small-plate restaurant, 64 Degrees, was awarded a Michelin Bib Gourmand and it has retained it ever since. The restaurant has been in the National Restaurant Awards Top 100 List every year and last year was voted Brighton’s best restaurant by three separate bodies. Michael recently opened a second restaurant, Murmur, overlooking Brighton’s West Pier.
