About this class
Chef Kanthi brings the authentic tastes of South India to the Community Kitchen, sharing the cooking techniques and flavour combinations that have evolved over centuries so you can prepare a typical homestyle south Indian meal in Brighton.
You will work in pairs, and typically prepare a menu including dishes such as:
- green pea pulao
- aubergine pulusu
- chettinad new potato poriyal
- sambar
Dietary information: This class is suitable for vegetarian and vegan diets. The menu is also gluten-free however we cannot guarantee the kitchen is a fully gluten-free environment. The class involves cooking with seeds. For any other allergies or dietary requirements, please contact us to discuss before booking.
