Turkish Masterclass with Chef Ada

Saturday 18th April 2026 - Saturday 18th April 2026
11:00 am - 2:00 pm

About this class

Turkish cuisine is rich, diverse & flavourful perfect for dinner parties & celebrations. Learn to master dishes close to Ada’s heart inspired by their childhood, travels as a film maker and their community.

You will work in pairs to create a vegetarian menu that balances richness and freshness:

  • Antalya Piyazı
A fresh and hearty white bean salad from the Antalya region, dressed with a traditional lemon, olive oil, and tahini sauce, and finished with herbs and vegetables.
  • Peynirli Pide
Traditional Turkish flatbread filled with spinach and cheese and baked until golden. Crispy on the outside, soft in the middle, and perfect for sharing.
  • Kabak Tatlısı with Walnut & Tahini Sauce
Slow-cooked pumpkin dessert served with toasted walnuts and a drizzle of tahini sauce. Naturally sweet, comforting, and deeply rooted in Turkish home cooking.

* Dietary information: The menu for this class is vegetarian. For any other allergies or dietary requirements, please contact us to discuss before booking.
