Courgettes with Sesame and Parmesan

Flavour-packed party snacks.

Serves 12 people

Method

  1. Chop the courgettes into 2cm chunks and steam for 5 minutes.
  2. Place the courgettes in a baking tray and drizzle with olive oil.
  3. Sprinkle the sesame seeds and Parmesan over the courgettes and grill until browned.

Ingredients

 

  • 500 grams Courgettes
  • 1 tablespoon(s) Olive Oil
  • 2 tablespoon(s) Sesame Seeds
  • 3 tablespoon(s) Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • Salt & Pepper to taste
