Method
- De stone the dates and soak them in warm water for 20 mins, Drain them and put them aside.
- Pop it all into a high powered blender and blitz until smooth.
- Stir the chia seeds into the mixture.
- Pour it in two large glasses and pour on top grated coconut.

2 dates (remove the stones and soaked for 20 mins)
1 large mango (peeled and chopped)
2 green apples (chopped)
1 lime (juice and zest)
225ml coconut water (or milk)
2 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp grated coconut
