Vegan Brownie

Guaranteed you’ll be batch cooking this choccy treat after the first time you make these. indulge yourself and enjoy this delicious classic.

 

Serves 6 people

Method

  1. Chop the dark chocolate and melt it in a water bath or in the microwave, then put it on the side.
  2. Remove the kernel from the avocado, extract the pulp with a spoon and crush it with a fork.
  3. In a large bowl pour the plain flour and almond flour, add the yeast baking powder and mix with the electric whisks, then add the muscovado sugar.
  4. Add salt and continue to whisk, then coconut oil and melted chocolate.
  5. Finally add the pulp of avocado and mix everything until you get a smooth mixture.
    Line a 20×20 cm square baking sheet with parchment paper and pour the mixture then spread the coarsely chopped hazelnuts on the surface.
  6. Bake in a preheated static oven at 180 degrees for 25 minutes.
    Once cooked, take the vegan brownie out of the oven and let it cool before cutting it into squares.

150g dark chocolate

1 Avocado ripe (medium 300 g)
150g Flour
50g Almond flour
3g Baking powder
50g Muscovado sugar
60g Coconut oil (or vegan butter)
1 pinch salt
