About this class
At this class you will learn the art of making macarons. Get set to learn the intricacies of creating these wonderfully-indulgent sweet confections. This three-hour workshop will demystify the technical challenges that lie behind that melt-in-the mouth moment of authentic French meringue and the mysteries of melting sugar for proper caramel.
In this class, you will also make the delicious salted caramel ganache before constructing your chocolate & salted caramel macarons. Take home your own creations and you are sure to leave planning your next sweet, sugar-boiling session.
