Real Junk Food Project – Bevendean Food Hub

You are accessing the Brighton & Hove Food Partnership website directory – we don’t run the projects listed, we share their details to help people find local services. This page is kept updated regularly by the Food Partnership team, but please use the contact details on the listing if needed to ensure you get the most up-to-date details for this project.

Bevendean Food Hub is located at the top end of Bevendean.  Real Junk Food Projects core objective is to intercept food waste that would otherwise be thrown away and use it to feed people who need it on a ‘pay as you feel’ basis. They often have leftover food which they are now selling from the hub in Bevendean on a pay-as-you-feel basis.

You can turn up and pick up whatever you want and pay what you can afford.  As this is surplus food they will have different quantities of different food every week.
