Dim Sum with Chef Jethro
About this class
In this hands-on course, you will be taken on a journey of discovery to learn about the different styles of dim sum and the specialist ingredients needed for them, before preparing and cooking your own using a traditional steamer basket over a wok.
You will work in pairs but everyone will learn to create siu mai, a type of open wonton, and learn various folds for dumplings with different flavourings and fillings.
Dietary information: This class involves cooking with seeds and gluten. The menu for the class is adaptable for vegan or vegetarian diets but this must be specified when booking. The class is not adaptable for a Gluten Free diet. For any other allergies or dietary requirements, please contact us to discuss before booking.
