You’ll be filling your kitchen with the aroma of home baking after this course.
Professional chef Jessica Dames shares her culinary and patisserie training with you to master the skills of rough-puff, shortcrust and sweet pastry.
Our menu includes:
- Sausage rolls (or a veggie alternative of cheese, potato & leek filling) – to be served with an apple chutney that bubbles away as you master the technique of rough-puff
- Seasonal fruit galette with shortcrust pastry
- Sweet pastry chocolate tarts with hazelnut praline
You will learn tips, tricks and pitfalls to avoid to ensure you create perfect pastry every time, and how to achieve a professional decorative finish to your bakes.
