About this class

You’ll be filling your kitchen with the aroma of home baking after this course.

Professionally trained pastry chef Charlotte Fuller shares her expertise with you to master the skills of rough puff pastry and hot water crust pastry.

Our menu includes:

  • Pasteis de nata – the classic Portuguese custard tart
  • Greek Spanakopita triangles
  • Perfectly-shaped French Palmiers
  • Hand-raised savoury, hot water crust pies – great for a buffet or festive entertaining

You will learn tips, tricks and pitfalls to avoid to ensure you create perfect pastry every time, and how to achieve a professional finish to your bakes.
