It gives us great pleasure to invite you to The Food Partnership’s Annual General Meeting and members event that will take place on Tuesday 1st October 2024 in the Conference Room at Community Base, 113 Queens Road, Brighton, BN1 3XG.

6.00 pm Arrival – tea, coffee and juice

6.20 pm AGM Business

• Approval of minutes from previous AGM.
• Thank you to Board member Susanna Salts who is stepping down.
• Election of new Board members – only members can vote
• Report on work of BHFP.
• Adoption of annual accounts (2023/24).
• Announcement of result of elections to Board
• Chance for Questions.
• Close of AGM.

7.00 pm – Following the business of the Annual General Meeting we will have a guest speaker to be confirmed.

7.30 pm – Soup and bread and a chance to catch up with staff, volunteers, Board members and Food Partnership members.

All are welcome but only Members of the Food Partnership can vote at the AGM.
