All you need is your phone, great looking food and a couple of apps,” assures Xavier, whose images have appeared in publications from Vogue to Waitrose Magazine and who’s worked with top Brighton restaurants including Silo, the Gingerman and Food for Friends.
Whether it’s to make your Instagram stories sing or merely for sumptuous personal memories of your home culinary creations join this three-hour practical workshop.

Tickets for this event are £35, or £30(per person) when booking two or more tickets at once.
