About this class
A very special chance to cook alongside Alun Sperring, founder of legendary local restaurant The Chilli Pickle (awarded a Michelin Bib Gourmand, Best casual dining restaurant at The Casual Dining Awards and appearing in Harden’s guide).
After a welcome glass of fizz, Alun will lead you through the preparation of regional Indian dishes that you can recreate at home to impress your friends and family. The menu will contain both meat and vegetable dishes.
He’ll take you on a journey across the continent – and he’ll join you with a specially matched wine or beer as you enjoy your meal together at the end of this one-off Masterclass.

Tickets for this event are £99 per person including all equipment, food, and accompanying wines.
Any profits raised from our cookery classes support our community cookery activities – where everyone can experience the benefits of cooking and eating together, regardless of finance, confidence or ability.
Funds raised from this class will support us to run an autumn ‘Cooking on a Budget’ course for people on low incomes and benefits – one of our most popular and valued community courses. Alun has generously donated his time for the class.

Refund policy:
We offer a full refund if you change or cancel your place up to 14 days before your class. If you cancel between seven and 14 days before your class, we offer a 50% refund. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds when a place is cancelled less than seven days before the class is due to take place.
