Spend an evening with popular food writer, presenter and Community Kitchen favourite Lerato Umah-Shaylor. Lerato will show you how to become a master of spice and share amazing North African-inspired recipes from her new cookbook, Africana.
Under her expert guidance, You will work in pairs, and typically prepare dishes such as:
- Ras-el-hanout spice blend
- Celebration Tagine – inspired by Mrouzia. With saffron, apricots & preserved lemon and chicken or seasonal vegetables
- Saffron Potatoes & Peas
