Seitan Masterclass with Chef Sophie
About this class
During the evening, Sophie of SuperDoux vegan catering will share her tried and tested recipes for a perfect plant based dinner party or special night in. She is passionate about veganising dishes with an emphasis on creativity and understanding professional flavours and textures.
In the class you will learn to make seitan, a delicious meat alternative made from wheat gluten. Utilising it in two unique ways to create a delicious East Asian inspired menu.
With the support of Sophie you will work in pairs to create:
- Seitan “Duck” pancakes
- Seitan Korean crispy “chicken”
Dietary information: The menu for this class is vegan and involves cooking with nuts, seeds and gluten. It cannot be adapted for a Gluten Free Diet. For any other allergies or dietary requirements, please contact us to discuss before booking.
