On this masterclass you can expect to work with locally caught crab, sea herbs foraged from the Sussex front and more – learning from the man who’s done more than anyone to put Sussex food on Brighton’s foodie map. You’ll also discover the secrets behind Isaac’s signature treacle & stout bread.
This event is part of the Brighton & Hove Food & Drink Festival.

Tickets for this event are £65 per person. Prices include VAT. Tickets include all equipment, food, welcome drink and a glass of wine with the meal.
