Sussex Grazed: Christmas Share
About this class
Sussex Wildlife Trust Beef

Grazing Manager, Tom Parry and his team have previously supplied us with lamb and hogget but this time it will be the most delicious beef… just in time for Christmas.
The Sussex Red Heifer is just over 30 months old, and will be hung for 28 days at Knepp Wild Range Meat, before being butchered by their expert team.

Venison ‘Browsing Box’
We are excited to announce that Sussex Grazed is collaborating with Ben Marks at The Deer Project to develop a venison ‘Browsing Box’.
The Deer Project manage mainly wild Fallow Deer for conservation gain. The current overpopulation is damaging woodland habitat along the South Downs and on the low ground at Lavington Estate.
Ben is an independent Deer Stalker based in Graffham, near Petworth, West Sussex. He shoots seasonal wild deer and butchers them in his own facility. Sussex Grazed will be helping him to box up by the quarter to deliver this sustainable wild meat alternative.
