About this class

If you’d lost all hope of finding a vegan cheese that rivals the real-deal then this is the class for you. In it you’ll discover how to make not one but four delicious dairy-free cheeses. They knock the stuffing out of supermarket offerings!

In this three-hour workshop, vegan chef Sophie Adler will introduce you to a range of base ingredients and cheese-making techniques and processes so you can create creamy, crumbly, tangy and fresh-tasting cheese alternatives.

Take away your ‘home churns’ to put together the perfect special-occasion vegan cheeseboard – or make use of the recipe tips Sophie will share and use them in your home cooking.

You will work in pairs to make:

  • Mozzarella balls
  • Truffle cashew cheese
  • Tofu goats-style cheese
  • Almond feta

The session will finish with a cheese tasting of readymade versions of the cheeses you’ve made, complete with delicious chutneys, jellies and bread.
