About this event

A chance for your child to learn classic cookery skills whilst mastering international cuisine. This session features the cuisine of Italy.

biscottiWe are back this October half-term with our World of Food sessions for the young cook in your life. These fun, hands-on workshops with experienced cookery teacher Anna will see your child learning classic cookery skills whilst mastering international cuisine. You may never want to cook again!

The menu for this Italian-themed session is:

  • Classic Focaccia bread with savoury toppings
  • Chocolate-dipped traditional Italian Biscotti

Skills covered include safe knife use (the bridge and the claw), safe frying and baking, working with dough alongside mixing and measuring.

Dietary requirements: The menu for the class is vegetarian. For any other dietary requirements or allergies, please contact us to discuss before booking.

Tickets for this event include:

  • professional cookery tuition
  • all ingredients and equipment
  • soft drinks available throughout the session
  • a light meal to taste and take away
  • all recipes from the class.

Special sale price of £19.99 per child for the final spaces on this event.

Tickets for this event are £25 per child. We have a limited number of concession tickets at £15  for families in receipt of a means-tested benefit, use the drop-down to select this option. The class has been designed for those aged 7 to 13.
