Ashurst Organics
A farm in Plumpton, near Lewes, selling local, organic vegetables through their box scheme. Bread, apple & pear juice, free-range eggs and fresh herbs are also available. You can manage your order online and arrange for delivery or local collection (Tel: 01273 891 219).
Barcombe Nurseries
They have been growing vegetables organically and selling them through their box scheme since 1997. They offer different sized boxes of vegetables and fruit. They also sell organic apple juice, eggs and honey. Free delivery to your door (Tel: 01273 400 011).
Florence Road box scheme
This much-loved local food market has setup a online ordering & delivery system for customers to use for the Saturday. including a wide range of goods, from veg boxes to cheese, meat, dairy, eggs, cakes & chocolate and bread, all from local producers. There is also the opportunity buy an extra box and they will distribute two boxes to local foodbanks.
Fork & Dig It Food4Lyfe veg share
A community food growing project committed to organic principles, based on a beautiful site at Stanmer Organics. They run Brighton Community Supported Agriculture which produces a locally grown, organic fruit and veg share, picked and delivered to your door on the same day. Namayasai
Hidden away just outside Lewes. Robin supplies local restaurants, and offers veg boxes including special recipe sheets starting at £13. Growing in harmony with nature and with the emphasis on flavour and nutrition, all produce is harvested on the day of delivery and nothing is bought in. Fresh English and oriental vegetables and fruit, grown only on the farm and strictly in season, so only a limited selection in winter. Harriets of Hove

The Fruit Factory
The Brighton Permaculture Trust operates a small stall outside Scrump HQ (The Fruit Factory) in Stanmer Village. This stall sells juice, cider, and other fruity products made from local fruit that would otherwise be wasted. During the fruit harvesting season, the stall is open on Saturdays and Sundays. At that time, visitors can observe the apple pressing process and can also volunteer to assist with juicing. Throughout the rest of the year, the stall is open every weekend, weather permitting.
